developments. (This service is only offered on land owned by Millwood Designer Homes)
The 'Design and Build' Package allows
purchasers to make their new home as
individual as they are.
Come and discuss preferred specifications
and floor plans with our experienced
designers and, providing construction has
not proceeded to an advanced level, significant changes can be made to
the design of the home. In some
circumstances an existing housetype can
be replaced with another Millwood design
on any available plot. (subject to planning)
